Commercial Construction Manager

QDI Construction is currently hiring for a Construction Manager to work with our Tampa operations. This role will oversee restaurant construction projects throughout Florida. Candidates must have the ability to be in our Tampa office as needed. The qualified candidate should have current working knowledge of building construction processes and practices. They should have the ability to read blueprints and plans and have experience running a construction site. Commercial construction experience is a must, with single tenant and special purpose buildings. Previous experience with new restaurant construction would be extremely beneficial. In addition, the qualified candidate should have:Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to tailor a message for crew, management, and outside vendors A strong, dedicated work ethic, with a track record of operating with integrity Basic computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
