Bookkeeper

We are searching for a Bookkeeper with construction industry experience to join our client in Richmond, CA. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $30 to $32 per hour. Job Description: Help with AP, AR. and payroll Certified payroll and run weekly reports Assist in Collection process by submitting the appropriate documentation Email invoices, create bank deposits, and enter payments Mail all payments and file General office administration: answer incoming calls, filing, greeting incoming customers Contract administration Requirements: Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Able to communicate with professionals at all levels Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences Experience: Certified Payroll Construction Industry experience REF #46679 #LI-POST #ZR #Ind-WC
