Key Responsibilities: - Elevate Client Relationships: Strengthen and expand existing business banking relationships by offering tailored loan and deposit solutions, while actively encouraging clients to embrace additional bank products and services. - Forge New Connections: Proactively develop new business banking relationships by securing new loans and deposits, and effectively promoting a wide range of bank products and services to potential clients. - Mitigate Risks Strategically: Assess and identify credit risks associated with each transaction, recommending thoughtful and effective risk mitigation strategies. - Optimize Portfolio Management: Manage your client portfolio with efficiency and precision, maintaining thorough documentation to track customer relationships and commitments. - Ensure Compliance Excellence: Uphold the highest standards by adhering to the bank's loan policies, procedures, and all legal requirements. - Possess a Valid Driver's License: This role requires a valid driver's license for client visits and networking. - Stay Compliant: Complete all required compliance training relevant to your position. - Understand Regulations: Maintain a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations governing your role. Experience and Skills: - A proven track record with three (3) to five (5) years of personal banking or business banking sales experience is preferred. - Exceptional ability to cultivate and sustain strong client relationships. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills that resonate with clients. - Proficient multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring prompt and efficient service. - In-depth knowledge of cash management products to effectively cater to client needs. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential for success. - A customer-service-oriented mindset that prioritizes client satisfaction. Education: - A bachelor's degree in business, economics, or finance is highly preferred.
