Location: Golden, COHours : Full-TimePosition MissionThe Donor Communications Specialist plays a key role in furthering the mission of FOCUS (The Fellowship of Catholic University Students) by providing exceptional support to donors, missionaries, and staff. This team serves the broader FOCUS community with quality, timely service and joyful, mission-aligned communication , especially as it relates to donations and donor engagement.The Specialist handles a wide variety of donation-related inquiries and communications, maintains donor records with precision, and assists with special projects to support the team’s operational excellence. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and committed to serving with a cheerful spirit and a servant’s heart.Position Responsibilities Resolve donation-related inquiries from donors, missionaries, and staff with professionalism, timeliness, and accuracyServe as the primary point of contact for missionaries and staff with donation-related questionsCommunicate via voicemails, emails, written correspondence, and phone calls with clarity and charityMaintain donor data integrity by entering, updating, and verifying database information with a 99%+ accuracy rateCollaborate with teammates in a fast-paced environment, while managing high volumes of requests with grace under pressureUphold a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all timesAssist the Donor Communications Manager with special projects and team initiatives as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferredStrong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindsetWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, CRM/database systems, and direct mail processesFriendly and professional demeanor, especially when engaging with donors and missionary staffAbility to follow instructions precisely and work independently with close attention to detailComfortable learning and navigating various forms of technologyFlexible and dependable in a mission-driven environment Compensation & BenefitsFor this role, we anticipate paying $43,680 - $47,840/year. (This role is also eligible for bonus pay.) This range is an estimate.
