Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP)Location: Rolling Meadows, IL Schedule: This is a Full-Time position requiring 40 hours per week. We offer a condensed workweek designed to provide excellent work-life balance while ensuring consistent coverage for our operations. Shift Structure: Four 10-hour shifts per week (4/10 schedule). Weekend Requirement: One full weekend of coverage per month. In this role, you will serve as the primary advocate for a diverse community of men and women living in both shared and private settings. You won't just ensure compliance; you will mentor a team of direct care staff and collaborate within a system that provides 24/7 nursing support to ensure the highest quality of life for our residents. Minimum one year of experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Valid IL driver's license. Preferred: Case management experience.
