Dental - Orthodontic Front Office Coordinator

Description Discover an exciting opportunity as a Dental Front Desk Coordinator with Specialists in Orthodontics Maryland - Potomac! The primary focus of the Front Desk Coordinator is to manage all front office functions for the practice, ensuring that patients, parents, and/or guardians receive top priority. This full-time position operates Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Education and Experience: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Desired experience in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service exposure. Specific Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships. Capability to travel between multiple locations. Customer service-oriented with a consistently pleasant demeanor in communication. Effective written and verbal communication with all staff and management. Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and perform job duties in a timely manner. Proficient PC skills and adaptability to learn and successfully use new programs as required.
