Internet Sales Representative

Being a family owned company, we are driven for personal growth and encourage promoting from within.Responsibilities Sales Associates take the customers through a thorough buying process supported by established selling steps, policies and procedures Develop and relay a high level of product knowledge around vehicle features Demonstrate operation of vehicle in showroom and via test drive Provide new vehicle to customer through our established delivery process, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork Follow-up up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction, loyalty and long term clientele Making calls and sending emails to potential customers to set appointments Qualifications Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required2-5 years sales and customer service experience preferred, but not requiredAutomotive sales background preferredKnowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operationsExcellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environmentStrong communication skillsValid driver’s license required and clean driving recordProfessional appearance and work ethic All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screenBenefits: Career growth opportunitiesMedical, dental, vision, life insurance and disability benefits offered.Paid vacation Job Types: Full-time, CommissionExperience: Automotive Sales: 3 years (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
