This unique integration sets us apart, ensuring top-tier care when pets need it most. Experience & Skills Requirements Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required. State Veterinary Board License: active and in good standing for the state of intended employment, obtained before start date Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible. Experience in emergency medicine, including work experience, small animal rotating, or emergency internships required. Responsibilities: We are seeking motivated Dr.’s who want to be in a high-quality medical environment.  We are looking for Dr’s that: Build relationships with colleagues, clients, and support staff to ensure a compassionate and collaborative work environment. Motivated to foster a learning environment for colleagues, support staff, veterinary students visiting the hospital, and emergency critical care interns. Triage and facilitate treatment plans for emergency patients. Continue care of specialty patients who are hospitalized overnight and on weekends. Maintain complete and accurate medical records. Provide clear and complete communication to clients and support staff. Communicate with referral partners (verbally and with referral letters) Maintain a positive and supportive work culture. Support the hospital's Fear-Free culture and commitment. Compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience with an annual PROSAL model.  Full-time range starting at $180,000-$250,000/year, with a sign-on bonus up to $50,000 and up to $30,000 relocation allowance. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
