Job specification Candidate requirements Job specification Conduct thorough assessments and initial evaluations of patients upon admission. Obtain detailed patient history, review medical records, and develop individualized care plans. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, hospital policies, and post-admission care. Monitor and document patient conditions, updating care plans as necessary. Ensure all admission documentation is complete and accurate, meeting regulatory standards. Provide compassionate care, address patient concerns, and enhance the patient experience. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to streamline the admissions process. Candidate requirements Current RN license in Washington. Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care or admissions nursing is preferred. Strong assessment and clinical skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
