Casual Position - Advance Practice Provider - Hospitalist Aultman Hospital - Canton, Ohio Aultman Health System, recognized as a trusted healthcare leader in Northeast Ohio, is dedicated to bringing high-quality, compassionate care to the communities we serve, and is seeking a casual Advanced Practice Provider to deliver personalized inpatient hospital care Position Highlights Collaborates with the hospitalist physicians to admit, discharge, and care for patients during their stay as well as provide consultation services as requested Demonstrates ability to competently provide individualized goal directed nursing care to patients through assessment. Partner with community primary care providers, various medical/surgical specialties, nurses and other healthcare ancillary team members to coordinate and administer care to Aultman patients Structured support system-featuring brief daily huddles, regular division meetings, and an annual offsite retreat-ensures that our providers can focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining a sustainable work-life balance. Position Qualifications Licensed to practice as a either an Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Ohio Minimum one year in Acute Care setting preferred Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills; strong organization skills; ability to stimulate new ideas and create an environment of teamwork About Aultman Health System The Aultman Health System is a nonprofit healthcare organization serving Stark and surrounding counties.
