Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, high-quality critical care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice Perform comprehensive patient assessments and manage critically ill patients Monitor hemodynamics, ventilators, and complex medical equipment Administer and titrate IV medications, drips, and vasoactive agents as ordered Respond to rapid changes in patient condition and emergency situations Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary ICU teams Provide patient- and family-centered education and emotional support Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Support patient safety, quality improvement, and compliance standard Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key Skills; Active RN license (GA State or Compact) Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) Recent Acute care or Med/Surge RN experience required Strong critical thinking, assessment, and clinical judgment skills Experience with ventilators, drips, and invasive monitoring BLS required; ACLS preferred Ability to function effectively in high-acuity, fast-paced environments Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact) Requires a minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience as a Registered Nurse in an Acute Care or Med/Surg setting.
