We also offer huge opportunities for growth.This is an experienced position, and the ultimate candidate will have at least 5+ years of skilled gutter and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly, and comfortably interact with clients and other employees. Supervisor will be responsible for 3-4 other gutter service teams / crews including their own. This person will be responsible for up to 6-10 other installers. Their responsibilities range from ensuring everyone is on time to organizing training, and preparing others for advancement.Supervisors are dependable leaders, buy into the company’s vision, and are exemplary employees.
