Description Village Realty is a local vacation rental company. Requirements We are a local vacation rental company looking to fill a full time year round Maintenance Technician position in Corolla, NC. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1-3 yr experience, has a positive attitude and is an energetic personality. Applicants Qualifications: Highly organized. Reliable, ability to meet deadlines, and a team player. The ability to follow-up and follow through with assigned tasks. Self-motivated and customer service oriented. Ability to see projects through to completion. A keen eye for details. Great with customers. Collect and remove trash and debris. Ability to regularly lift over 20 lbs. Applicants must have reliable transportation. Applicants must be willing and able to work overtime for emergency calls which may include weekends, holidays and after hours. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and insurance. All applicants will be required to a background screening.
