Job specification Candidate requirements Job specification Participate in a comprehensive orientation and fellowship program focused on cardiac intensive care. Provide direct patient care under the supervision of experienced Cardiac ICU nurses and physicians. Monitor and manage patients with critical cardiac conditions, including post-operative care for cardiac surgeries and heart failure. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as directed by the healthcare team. Learn to operate and interpret cardiac monitoring equipment, such as EKGs and ventilators. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Attend educational sessions and hands-on training to build competence in cardiac ICU practices. Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately and timely. Candidate requirements Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Washington New graduate nurses or RNs transitioning into cardiac critical care are encouraged to apply. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Strong interest in cardiac care and critical care nursing. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
