Machine Builder

Job Description We are seeking a skilled Machine Builder to assemble, integrate, and debug custom automated equipment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building complex machinery from the ground up and working closely with engineering, electrical, and controls teams in a fast-paced automation environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble custom automated machines and systems from prints, schematics, and BOMs Perform mechanical assembly including framing, guarding, tooling, conveyors, and precision components Install bearings, gearboxes, motors, pneumatics, servos, and mechanical sub-assemblies Work closely with electrical and controls teams during panel installation, wiring, and machine debug Assist with machine testing, troubleshooting, and run-off prior to shipment Support machine teardown, crating, and installation at customer sites (as needed) Identify design or build issues and communicate improvements to engineering Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Qualifications 2+ years of machine building or mechanical assembly experience (automation or special machinery preferred) Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics Strong mechanical aptitude with hand tools and power tools Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
