CNC Machinist

CNC Machinist/CNC Machine Operator Pay: $20-30/hr+ (depending on experience level) Description: The CNC Machinist will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, utilizing your expertise to produce high-quality components with precision and efficiency.  Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred. Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints. Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine setup. Ability to use precision measuring tools and equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. US Citizen Job Duties: Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files. Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and consistency of output. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and workflows. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies. Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
