About Radiological Care Services (RCS) RCS is the country's first full-service x-ray garment solution provider. For the past ten years we have been servicing healthcare networks by cleaning, sanitizing, repairing, X-ray scanning, and selling X-ray garments. Our proprietary RADCOMPLY™ software keeps hospitals compliant with state and federal regulations and provides full inventory tracking for their radiation protection equipment. We're looking for a customer-focused professional to coordinate all service activities with our customers across the United States. Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of production workers, ensuring smooth operations, high quality standards, efficient completion of tasks and providing world class customer service. You will be a hands-on leader, providing direct guidance and support to team members, identifying and resolving production issues, and contributing to continuous improvement within the department. Key Responsibilities Lead and direct a team of production workers and delivery drivers, assigning tasks, providing coaching and feedback, and promoting teamwork and collaboration. Ensure all production processes are followed correctly and consistently, adhering to quality standards and safety protocols. Monitor production progress, identify and address bottlenecks, and take corrective action to improve efficiency and meet deadlines. Conduct regular quality checks and inspections, identifying and resolving defects to maintain high quality standards. Train new team members on production processes, equipment, and safety procedures. Motivate and inspire team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Address team concerns and provide support, promoting open communication and resolving issues effectively. Serve as the site leader responsible for the financial performance of the facility including labor planning, procurement of supplies, maintenance expenditures, etc. Prepare and maintain production reports, documenting progress, identifying trends, and recommending improvements. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures. Work closely with the Customer Service and Sales team to provide world class customer experience and engagement developing long term relationships. Requirements Qualifications & Characteristics The RCS Site Manager position is a fast-paced role that will require a strong, organized, and thoughtful person. The right candidate for this role will possess many of the traits and experiences outlined below: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing facility operations, with leadership experience required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production environment, with leadership experience required. Strong understanding of production processes, quality control procedures, and safety protocols. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production issues effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures. Strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
