What You’ll Do: As our Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in developing concepts, executing design, and creative project management. You’ll help with creating web and print-ready files including: signs, marketing materials and website assets—and ensure projects are moving forward smoothly. You’ll help with: Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines Producing high-volume, production-ready marketing assets across print and digital Designing flyers, signage, banners, presentations, ads, web graphics & more Following brand standards and templates with precision and consistency Preparing files for print and digital delivery (proofing, specs, quality checks) Maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented attitude through revisions We’re looking for: A true go-getter who loves crossing the finish line Highly organized with strong project management skills Detail-driven and dependable Confident in communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to embrace change and move quickly towards solutions Excited to support and collaborate as part of a team Requirements Must have: Experience using Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to receive constructive criticism and happily implement feedback  Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with care Meticulous attention to detail with high standard for quality and workmanship Adaptable to change, open to new ideas, self-starter Bonus points (not required): Experience with Wordpress Experience with Canva Knowledge of Monday.com or similar project management software Knowledge of Google Drive Why CBH Homes?
