Your Role and Impact The Assistant will handle all tasks required to fulfill product orders, including clerical work, product receiving and registration, sub-inventory management and transfers, product testing and documentation (including software updates or special customer-requested configurations), cleaning, packing, order picking, palletization, and preparing orders for the Shipping Department. Senior team members will provide training and oversight to ensure high-quality standards are met. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, customer focus, and the ability to multitask accurately in a fluctuating workload environment. As needed, the Assistant may also support repair center material handling, additional product testing for Customer Care or Technical Support (including RMA processing), product rework or conversions, and related documentation. Adaptability and continuous learning are essential, as responsibilities may shift with departmental and company needs. Day to Day ResponsibilitiesDaily use of Microsoft Office, Android OS, Apple iOS, and desktop/laptop computer skills. Training will be provided for any areas needing support. Utilize Microsoft Excel daily to analyze product listings and generate the daily documentation that team members use to complete their tasks via email. Use Outlook email each day to generate and submit printed requests to the Sales Administration team to request sales picks for orders. Verify the accuracy of physical products received from other departments before entering them into departmental inventory to ensure proper inventory management control. Perform daily testing, programming, and updating of products—including sales evaluation and PR units—to meet all processing requirements. Process pick orders, scan and print UPC labels, affix labels to shipping boxes, and deliver completed orders to the shipping department. Double-box certain items as needed for palletization, particularly those that are smaller in size or more susceptible to damage during transit to the customer. Perform all palletization and strapping tasks, including assembling strapping kits, placing products on pallets, applying strapping, attaching required paperwork, adding strapping kits to palletized items, stretch-wrapping, and applying final security tape prior to shipment. Perform product rework and conversions as needed to fulfill sales orders. Support the repair department with material-handling tasks when directed by management to assist with product in-feeding, printing traveler sheets, and assisting with cleaning, packing, re-boxing, accessory insertion, and UPC label printing. Perform daily housekeeping to ensure the lab and surrounding warehouse areas remain clean, organized, and orderly. Perform departmental physical inventory counts two or more times per year. Use test equipment as required and clean products after testing when necessary; full training will be provided to ensure safe, accurate equipment operation and proper product handling before re-packing. Your ProfileHigh school diploma or equivalent required Proficiency with Windows, Android, macOS, iOS, and the Microsoft Office Suite Previous warehouse experience preferred Mechanical aptitude or prior experience using tools is a plus Must be able to operate a pallet jack to transport products to the shipping department.
