Junior Technical Recruiter

Perceptive Recruiting is hiring a Junior Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in Greenville, SC. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for a degreed candidate who wants to build a long-term career in talent acquisition within the IT industry. You will be trained to recruit technical professionals for companies in the Southeast. This role combines relationship-building, direct phone outreach, candidate sourcing, and consultative recruiting. Requirements: Bachelor's degree required (Business, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or related field) Internship or campus leadership experience preferred Outgoing personality with no call reluctance Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Strong written communication skills Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Job Duties: Source and identify technical candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidates' experience and career goals Manage candidate pipelines and track activity in our recruiting system (ATS) Build relationships with IT professionals through phone interviews, local networking events, and strategic outreach Learn how to negotiate offers and close placements Where Nature, Culture & Southern Hospitality Unite!
