Job Full Description Job Title: Assembler - Wire Harnesses for Forklifts Job Overview: We are looking for a hands-on Assembler to join our team in building high-quality wire harnesses for forklift machinery. This role involves detailed work with electrical components and offers a satisfying, stable workflow with a strong focus on safety, quality, and precision. Key Responsibilities: Perform assembly tasks for wire harnesses, including: Cutting, stripping, crimping, sleeving, labeling, and testing wire components. Ensure high-quality output by following detailed assembly instructions and maintaining a consistent process. Inspect and verify all assembled harnesses meet company standards. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: Comfortable with a steady-paced, repetitive work environment where accuracy and consistency are valued. Positive attitude and reliable attendance are essential. Strong attention to detail and precision in hands-on tasks. Enjoys hands-on work, particularly with small electrical components (plus) Work Environment: Flexible working positions: sitting for up to 9 hours or standing on ergonomic mats as preferred. Enjoy a temperature-controlled, clean, and well-organized workspace.
