Manual Machinist

Krueger Bearings is growing and we are looking for experienced MANUAL MILL MACHINISTS for 1st or 2nd shift. Full or Part Time. Hours can be flexible but typical hours are 7 am - 3 pm on 1st shift. Hours can be flexible on 2nd shift but typical hours are 3 pm - 1am Monday - Thursday.NOTE: This position is ideal for someone who likes to do prototypes, and figure out new jobs on their own. A Tool and Die background is a good fit. We are a "job shop" environment running small quantity orders. This requires employees to be able to do their own set-ups, read and interpret blueprints and job routings. Experience on Bridgeport Mill machines is desired. Job Responsibilities: Set up, adjust, program and operate milling and drilling machines on a variety of work to very close tolerance. Ability to use jigs, fixtures, clamps, etc. Select, prepare and install respective tooling. Adjust speeds, feeds, tooling and operational sequences as needed. Work from blueprints, routings, process sheets, etc. Excellent shop math to compute angels, radii, and other dimensions.
