Recovery Coach- Direct Care StaffLocation: Mill Spring, NC The Resident Support Coach duties include guiding and mentoring new residents through the orientation process and throughout their journey at CooperRiis. They build authentic, professional relationships and help residents restore a sense of engagement, productivity, and contribution. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5 pm Pay: Starting at $17.50 per hour and increases based on experience Benefits: PTO/Sick Time Accrual from first day Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits Company Funded Life Insurance Retirement Plan with Company Match Free Meals on shift Responsibilities: Serves as primary welcoming of support for new residents Participates as a member for the integrative recovery team Supports the recovery culture, participates in activities, and meetings Provides relationship-oriented coaching and support to residents Provides support to the clinical team in crisis management Maintains knowledge of risk level and completion of safety documentation Reminds residents of scheduled medications and meetings Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience working with adults with mental health challenges At least 2 years' experience in a community setting or mental health support setting CooperRiis is an equal opportunity employer.
