RN Manager | Memory Care Facility Location: Campbell, CA (primary), with support to Saratoga, Los Gatos, and Redwood City facilities Salary: $140,000/year Schedule: Monday Friday, flexible hours (95, 62, or 210) with some weekends as needed Start Date: ASAP Benefits: Medical, Dental Hiring Incentive: 20% hiring fee with a 60-day guaranteeAbout the facility This opportunity is with a family-owned organization committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care across their memory care and assisted living communities. They operate four facilities in the Bay Area: Campbell (48 beds), Saratoga (49 beds), Los Gatos (79 beds), and Redwood City (58 beds).Position Overview We are seeking an experienced RN Manager to join our leadership team. This role is 100% management-focused and does not involve direct clinical hands-on care. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for supporting residents, families, and staff.Key Responsibilities Oversee nursing operations primarily at our Campbell location, with occasional support at our other facilities as needed Serve as the main point of contact for physicians and families regarding residents' care Review and oversee documentation and care notes prepared by LVNs and CNAs Support and mentor clinical staff, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance Foster a positive and compassionate environment within our memory care and assisted living communities Maintain flexibility to work various shifts and some weekends as needed to support staff and residents Qualifications Active California RN license in good standing Prior management experience as an RN required Experience in memory care strongly preferred, but not required Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong, approachable personality Ability to adapt to changing needs and support multiple facilities Additional Information Interviews and training will be conducted at our Campbell, CA location. Main work location will be Campbell, with travel to Saratoga, Los Gatos, and Redwood City as needed.
