SAP EWM Functional Lead

Job Title: SAP EWM Functional Lead Minneapolis-MN w2 Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Functional Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and support of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in SAP EWM, capable of leading end-to-end project implementations and enhancements in a fast-paced, global environment. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the SAP EWM functional expert and lead business process analysis, design, and implementation of SAP EWM solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze warehouse management requirements. Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP EWM functionalities (Inbound, Outbound, Internal Processes, Physical Inventory, RF Framework, etc.). Guide and manage project deliverables, timelines, and resources for EWM-related initiatives. Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure alignment of requirements and system capabilities. Drive continuous improvements in warehouse operations through effective use of SAP EWM. Provide leadership and mentoring to other SAP team members and consultants. Coordinate integration activities between SAP EWM and other SAP modules (MM, SD, TM, etc.) and third-party systems. Support and resolve incidents, change requests, and system enhancements post-implementation. Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for key users and support teams. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. 7+ years of SAP experience with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations of SAP EWM (including S/4HANA preferred). Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and industry best practices. Hands-on experience with RF framework, inbound/outbound processes, yard management, labor management, and material flow systems (MFS). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead workshops, present solutions, and facilitate decision-making. Experience in working with global teams and multi-country rollouts. Preferred Qualifications: SAP S/4HANA EWM Certification. Experience with decentralized EWM and/or embedded EWM. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project methodologies. Experience in manufacturing, retail, or logistics industries.
