We are looking for indivdual's who want to make a difference in the lives of the children and families we serve.Bridgeway Agency, LLC is currently seeking energetic, outgoing, and passionate individuals to become part-time or full-time ABA therapists. We are currently hiring in the following locationsInterlachen, FLMelrose, FLKeystone Heights, FLImmediate hire for Melrose, Keystone Heights, Interlachen locations!!Position RequirementsProvide 1:1 ABA therapy at homes, school and community settings.Implement ABA therapy programs and behavior management techniques as directed in the client’s treatment and behavior plan.Demonstrate adequate knowledge and understanding of basic ABA principles and guidelines.Complete data collection for each client as directed.Meet with supervisors and provide feedback about clients.Complete daily session notes and or forms.Demonstrate flexibility in working with a variety of clients with different needs and abilities.Communicate effectively with a variety of staff members including ABA therapists, BCBA's, and administrative staff.Work collaboratively with each client's team.Maintain strict parent/child confidentiality policies and comply with HIPPA Regulations.Maintain professional relationship with client’s parents/caregivers.Ability to work in an active job that may require periodic lifting up to 50 pounds.Attending Company Training's to expand your ABA knowledge and skills.Ensure a positive, safe learning environment for each client.Availability varies on each client, but are able to make your own hours!Qualifications and SkillsExperience: 1 year working with children with Disabilities/ASD either in school or a home setting.Education: High school diploma (Required) or G.E.DMust be 18 years or older.RBT Preferred (but not required).Medicaid Provider number (Preferred).Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.Able to thrive in fast pace enviroment and adjust to changes.Transportation: Reliable vehicle/public transportation.Great writing and verbal communication.Willing to have a background check (required) and potential drug testing.We are an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.Benefits:Flexible schedulePaid trainingsBonusesWillingness to travel:100% (Required)Must carry your own car insurance.If you are intersted in working in a small company that strives to improve your life along with the clients we serve, please consider applying today!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hourPatient demographics:ChildrenSchedule:Choose your own hoursMonday to FridayWeekends as neededTravel requirement:Up to 100% travelWork setting:In-personEducation:Associate (Preferred)Experience:Experience with children: 1 year (Required)Willingness to travel:100% (Preferred)Work Location: In person
