Maintenance Technician (part time)

Job Type Part-time Description Apartment community in North Berwick seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and dependable individual to join our team on a part time (24 hours per week) basis. Under direction will be responsible for the on-going maintenance and upkeep of the building, equipment, facilities and grounds. Excellent communication skills are essential as this position involves coordinating on a regular basis with management and coworkers, residents, and subcontractors. All members of the maintenance staff participate in a rolling on-call calendar. BROAD SCOPE OF DUTIES: repairs to appliances and fixtures patch holes in walls paint building interiors clean vacant units and interior spaces miscellaneous carpentry repairs change locks grounds keeping, landscaping and snow removal Rate of pay depends on experience.
