Typically oversee all aspects of the project, leading a team on large projects or a significant segment of large and complex projects. Analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management of the project. Provide applications systems analysis and long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities for necessary support resources. Requires a master's degree and 10 years of experience in the field or related area. • Systems Support Engineer Section 1.3.1, resumes, page 28, the resume submitted for the Systems Support Engineer does not have the required Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certification as indicated in RFP Attachment J.3, section 9, page 7. • Project Management Professional (PMP) • Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) Troubleshoots and develops technical solutions related to software and setup errors for field engineers, technicians, and customers. Creates workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensures issues are resolved in a timely fashion. Escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources. Requires an associate's degree in a related area and 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Requires at least 2 certifications as defined in Section 9 - Required Certifications. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a manager. • Systems Support Engineer (Senior) (looks like typo from Govt. as they have mentioned Systems Administrator Senior instead of Engineer in the EN) Section 1.3.1, resumes, page 32, the resume submitted for the Systems Administrator Senior does not have any of the required certifications for this position as indicated in RFP Attachment J.3, section 9, page 7 • AWS Solution Architect Associate • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist • AWS Solution Architect Professional • Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) Installs new software releases, system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems. Performs system backups and recovery. Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity. Expected to recommend and help define policies and protocols that lead to efficient operations and improve the integrity of the systems. Develops and maintains technical documents, including internal policies, procedures and build instructions. May be expected to develop and maintain scripts to automate work and perform it more efficiently. Requires a bachelor's degree in and 5 or more years of experience in the field or in a related area. Requires certifications defined in Section 9 - Required Certifications. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
