Job Description WM Digital is seeking a forward-thinking Senior Manager, Customer Data & Analytics to shape and scale data engineering, data management, and product support capabilities that power our Customer businesses. This leader will partner closely with stakeholders to transform data into trusted insights, accelerate decision-making, and deliver meaningful customer impact at enterprise scale. I. Job Summary Provides strategic leadership across two to three teams and/or high-impact initiatives, guiding the delivery of innovative technology solutions from concept through execution to support complex, enterprise-level business needs. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Partner with Digital and Business partners to define and implement the data strategy and data governance for the Customer businesses including Sales, Customer Experience, Brand & Marketing and Pricing. Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT leaders to identify and prioritize data needs and opportunities. Manage a team of data engineers, business analysts, data management analysts and support staff to deliver high-quality data solutions and services. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines, data warehouses, data lakes, dashboards, reports, and analytical models including AI (GenAI, Agentic AI). Drive innovation and best practices in data engineering, AI/analytics, and data management solutions. Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and compliance with data governance standards and best practices. Oversee the team budget, resource planning and supplier management. Provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to the data and analytics team and foster a culture of learning and development. AI (GenAI, Agentic AI) experience is preferred Ability to lead and mentor Expertise in data warehousing, ETL, data modeling, data quality, data governance, data visualization data teams, coordinate cross-functional projects, and present complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Analytical mindset with ability to apply business acumen to solve real-world problems through a practical approach. Curious mindset that constantly seeks improvement and optimization opportunities. Understanding of SQL, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or other data technologies. Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and complex environment. III. Qualifications A. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant experience. 8 years or more years previous experience (in addition to education requirement) B. Preferred Qualifications Project Management Certification ITIL Certified Software Test Engineer equivalent Expereince with AI tools and technologies IV.
