Position Details Position Type: Full Time Job Location: Fairfield, OH Compensation: $20.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off, paid holidays, and health benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and Life Insurance Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shift (with occasional overtime as needed) Essential Duties/Responsibilities Receive and process incoming stock and materials Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed) Inspect products for defects and maintain precise inventory records Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment Requirements Strong English communication skills (reading and speaking) Forklift experience preferred; onsite retraining provided for our equipment and documentation Ability to lift, move, and stack products throughout the shift Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems a plus Must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug screening On-Board was founded in 1976 by Robert L.
