Job specification Candidate requirements Job specification Monitor patients' vital signs and cardiac rhythms using telemetry equipment. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Assess and evaluate patient conditions, making recommendations for care adjustments as needed. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions, treatment plans, and lifestyle modifications. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting observations, treatments, and progress. Respond to changes in patient conditions promptly, providing critical care when necessary. Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Foster a positive, team-oriented environment that supports ongoing professional development. Candidate requirements Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) is required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or ability to obtain one. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a cardiac or telemetry setting. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
