Location: Austin, TX (onsite) Duration: 12- mo Job description The Role The AMD Strategic Silicon Solutions (S3) Business Unit is on the cutting edge of delivering the world's next custom solutions for gaming and other use cases. We've delivered blockbuster products like PlayStation, XBOX, and SteamDeck. And we're very excited to deliver what's next. In this position, you will be a critical part of the program leadership team that drives strategic semi-custom engineering initiatives from pre-silicon concept through post-silicon execution. Key Responsibilities • Assist in building and maintaining integrated program schedules across pre-silicon and post-silicon phases. • Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely execution. • Manage hardware allocation and logistics working with global infrastructure and ops teams • Drives data quality, derives insights from the data. • Assist with budget planning, forecasting, and tracking for materials and headcount. • Prepare Power BI dashboards. Generate program reports and status and present to leadership and stakeholders. • Facilitate communication between global cross-functional teams. • Champion best-in-class processes for program execution and documentation. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for logistics workflows and financial controls. • Support lessons-learned capture and process standardization across programs. Preferred Experience • Combination of strong technical background with interest in Program/Project Management • Understanding of computer architecture with exposure to device drivers, firmware and/or graphics technology • Experience with Client Project or other planning tools an asset. • Experience with PowerBI, Data Visualization tools, JIRA, Confluence and Excel • General knowledge PC, SOC, FW and SW architectures, and understanding of SOC or platform development processes is an asset Academic Credentials • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field • Formal Project Management education, PMP designation is a plus Enable Skills-Based Hiring No Additional Details Exempt/Non-Exempt Status : Non-Exempt
