Job Title: Production Operator II Client: Aerospace Industry Duration: 6 Months (Temp-to-Hire) Location: San Diego, CA 92121 Shifts Available: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Position Overview We're seeking entry-level Production Operators to support aerospace component manufacturing and repair. Ideal for candidates looking to build a long-term career in the aerospace sector. Hands-on training is provided. Key Responsibilities Use hand tools, sanders, and sandblasters to fabricate or repair aerospace parts. Load and unload components into chemical milling systems and furnaces. Follow process documentation (travelers) to inspect and complete tasks accurately. Participate in On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs. Conduct quality checks to ensure parts meet specified tolerances and standards. Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality procedures. Uphold company values aligned with Chromalloy's "Three Circles" model. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred) Language: Must be able to read, write, and understand English (FAA requirement) Preferred Experience: Use of hand tools and shop/industrial equipment Background in aerospace, construction, or manufacturing Skills Required: Strong attention to detail Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions Good time management and teamwork #ZR
