About the Job The Patient Care Coordinator: Floater is integral to our patient experience at Northwest Physical Therapy. In this role, you will:Full Time Position. Travel to our 4 offices to fill in for scheduled and unscheduled days off. Greets patients and general public upon entering the facility. Communicate with other medical professionals and patients to coordinate patient therapy treatments. Prepares and maintains patient billing and medical records. Manages patient insurance benefits, authorizations, and payment information. Communicates insurance coverage, coverage limits, deductibles, and co-pay information to patients once benefit information is obtained. Performs general filing, mailing, and communication tasks. Performs general cleaning and upkeep of office, clinic and reception areas. Manages the patient experience through their effective communication, gathering accurate insurance information, and navigating the patient's therapy visit schedule, to provide the optimal healing environment.
