Touhy Ave., Des Plaines, IL 60018 BEVERAGE ASSEMBLER Job Requirements / Responsibilities • Assemble airline carts for domestic and international flights by providing food and beverage serving equipment / hardware / utensils, dry goods, snacks, condiments and beverages by following printed diagrams and procedures according to customer specifications. • Sort, wrap, and pack airline dry goods / liquor & equipment into airline carts according to customer specifications.• Keep production areas in compliance with sanitation standards set by HACCP, FDA, USDA, and customers' requirements.• Assure proper management of liquor inventory and documentation.• Ability to read, speak and understand English.• Ability to perform in a high-pace, time-sensitive, work environment and keep up with work flow• Must be able to follow/understand card specifications/printed diagrams• Must possess basic math skills• Previous experience in an assembly / production-type environment• Must have good organizational skills and adaptable to frequent changes in requirements• Must be able to work around moving parts & wet floors• Must be able to use fingers & hands to handle equipmentEnvironmental Requirements:• Will be exposed to extreme temperature changes (hot and cold) and noise.• Are required to be physically active: walking, standing, bending, lifting and pushing 40+ lbs• Regularly stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours• Are required to follow PPE, GMPs, Safety and Security requirementsBenefits: Full-time, permanent work, steady employment throughout the year / at least 40 hours / week plus overtime opportunities.
