DescriptionNow Hiring: Experienced Division Manager We are a growing, established restoration and cleaning company seeking a Division Manager to lead our Water Damage Restoration and Carpet Cleaning operations. This is a leadership role for a proven operator with 5+ years of management experience in restoration and cleaning services who understands how to drive revenue, manage teams, and maintain strong margins while delivering exceptional customer service. If you know how to run emergency response operations, manage production teams, and own a P&L - we want to talk to you. What You'll Be Responsible ForOperational Leadership Oversee daily operations for water mitigation and carpet cleaning services Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and best practices Manage scheduling, production workflow, equipment usage, and job quality Maintain proper documentation and job file accuracy Hands on in the field management will be required. Financial Performance Own divisional P&L performance Control labor, material, and equipment costs Improve job margins and operational efficiency Drive revenue growth through operational excellence Team Management Hire, train, and develop technicians and project managers Set performance expectations and hold team accountable Lead team meetings and conduct performance reviews Build a culture of professionalism and urgency Business Development Support Strengthening relationships with adjusters, plumbers, property managers, and referral partners Support sales and marketing initiatives Ensure high customer satisfaction and manage escalated issues RequirementsQualifications Minimum 5+ years management experience in water restoration and/or cleaning industry (Required) Strong knowledge of drying principles and mitigation processes IICRC certifications (WRT required; ASD, AMRT preferred) Experience with Xactimate or similar estimating software Proven ability to manage teams and improve profitability Strong leadership and communication skills Valid driver's license with clean record
