What You'll Be Doing:You'll be our clinical chameleon, seamlessly transitioning between direct patient care and providing expert support in our fast-paced office setting. You'll be the go-to for our patients during their in-clinic visits, performing assessments, taking vital signs, assisting with examinations and procedures (like catheter changes, cystoscopies, biopsies – you've got this!), and ensuring their comfort and understanding. You'll be a vital resource for patient education, explaining complex diagnoses, medication regimens, and post-procedure care in a way that truly empowers them to manage their urological health. Think of yourself as a health translator! Your phone triage skills will shine as you assess patient concerns, provide sound medical advice over the phone, and determine the appropriate level of care, all while maintaining a calm and reassuring demeanor.
