Job description SENIOR MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATE Responsibilities & Requirements:Maintain multiple systems and procedures Create & maintain a system for preventative maintenance of facility & equipment Perform repairs as needed to the building & equipment Proficiency with power and hand tools Experience with electrical, plumbing, mechanical Maintain procedures for hazardous chemical storage and spill containment 3 - 5 years maintenance experience REQUIRED Knowledgeable in all PPE requirements Experience with hazardous materials Sandblasting experience desired Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Experience level: 3 years Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Work setting: In-person Ability to commute/relocate: Moorpark, CA 93021: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
