We take pride in maintaining a positive work environment, steady workflow, and professional standards. Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with collision repair, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. Responsibilities: Perform collision repairs including structural and non-structural body work Remove, repair, and replace damaged panels and components Conduct metalwork, welding, sanding, and finishing Ensure repairs meet safety and manufacturer standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with estimators and team members Qualifications: Prior auto body / collision repair experience required Ability to use body shop tools and equipment safely Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s license preferred I-CAR certifications are a plus (not required) What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Consistent workload Supportive work environment Opportunities for growth
