Proposal Coordinator

Currently seeking an experienced proposal coordinator to support business development efforts for a civil engineering firm based in Overland Park, KS. Responsibilities – AEC Proposal Coordinator : Support project development teams in responding to requests for interviews and proposals.  Lead pursuit-related activities, including qualifications, proposals, and presentations, ensuring alignment with brand identity. Assist with technical writing component of project proposals.  Prepare and update proposal resumes.  Utilize existing project database and update templates or reference material for subsequent pursuits.  Maintain/update lead finding registrations.  Assist in identifying and vetting potential opportunities through collaboration with market and service leaders, ensuring all opportunities are recorded and updated in the company database.  Support go/no-go decisions on project pursuits.  Required Experience/Skills – AEC Proposal Coordinator : 5+ years of experience designing proposals, preferably within the AEC industries  Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with database systems Able to represent the firm in client and group settings Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills High-attention to detail  Exceptional writing skills  Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study  /#HP Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 per year
