Entry Level Vision Automation Engineer CSI is seeking entry level automation engineers to join our growing team in Lansing, MI. Looking for individuals with a willingness to learn, a passion for vision automation, a positive attitude and hard work ethic. QUALIFICATIONS Machine vision experience and applicable experience within the automotive and manufacturing industries. Conduct feasibility studies and evaluations including the set-up and programming of vision equipment as well as testing, report writing and presentation. Utilize hardware platforms from manufacturers such as Cognex, Teledyne Dalsa, Matrox and Keyence. Support technical staff at all levels throughout a project (assessment, design, development and deployment). Good oral and written communications skills. Interpersonal skills to work effectively with others. Willing to learn basic safety standards. High motivation to expand technical knowledge base. 1-5 years of experience in Automation Ability to receive, understand, and carry out instructions. Education and Certifications Required minimum High School Diploma with Automation experience. Preferred Associate or Bachelor degree
