Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician at Richman Property Services, Inc., in Jacksonville, FL! Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our team! Position: Maintenance Technician 1 Location: Savannah Springs. our 234-unit multi-family affordable residential community located in Jacksonville, FL 32244. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm, 30-minute or 1 hour unpaid lunch break daily, weekend rotation shifts required. What we Offer: Competitive hourly base pay, 40 hours per week, full time Automatic quarterly pay increases for all Maintenance Tech's following completion of first 90-days, $40.00 per month personal cell phone allowance Eligible for annual discretionary bonus at year-end Outstanding array of Employee benefits programs, Paid Holiday's, Paid Sick-Time, and Vaca, much more! Responsibilities: Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property Prepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines Manage service requests and ensure timely completion Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and The Clean Air Act Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment Complete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports in a timely manner Uphold company policies and provide exceptional customer service Seek educational opportunities for personal growth and development Assist in property preventative maintenance plan Collaborate on maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds Perform on-call duties and occasional overtime Requirements: Education: High school diploma or GED; industry-related courses preferred Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance and general repair experience or Groundskeeper Proficiency in maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc. Must own basic tools as allowed by state laws Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing Laws Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently Skills & Certifications: EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license, strongly preferred Valid Driver's License required Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes Benefits: Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package Quarterly Increase Opportunities after initial 90-days on the job Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage 401(k) retirement plan with employer match of $0.50 for every $1.00 up to 6% Opportunities for student loan repayments and tuition reimbursement Paid sick time, vacation time, and opportunities for career advancement Join Our Team: If you're seeking a rewarding career opportunity with one of the top Property Management organizations in the country, we want to hear from you!
