One customer, one family, one community at a time.   ABOUT THIS ROLE As a Senior Graphic Designer, in Marketing your role will be responsible for helping Creative/Art directors and Graphic design team in the conceptualization and execution of high-quality visual solutions that support brand identity, marketing objectives, and business goals. This role combines strong creative vision with strategic thinking, ensuring consistent design excellence across all channels. The Senior Graphic Designer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and may mentor junior designers while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute creative concepts for digital and print materials aligned with brand guidelines. Lead the design of campaigns across multiple platforms (web, social media, advertising, presentations, packaging, etc.). Translate marketing and business objectives into compelling visual solutions. Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. Collaborate with marketing, product, UX, content, and external stakeholders. Present creative concepts clearly to internal teams and clients. Provide guidance and constructive feedback to junior designers. Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices. Prepare production-ready files and oversee quality control for final deliverables.   POSITION REQUIREMENTS Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere. (Affinity Studio Software / Final Cut and Davinci Resolve is a Plus) Proficiency in Figma · Cinema 4D / Blender (3D design - Nice to have depending on role focus) AI tools to create images, vectors, videos and concepts generatively (knowledge of generative AI workflow automation tools such as Weaby, Florafauna, Freepik Spaces, among others, is a plus). Languages : English medium/hight level or more is essential, Spanish. Advanced typography, layout, color theory, and composition skills Strong conceptual development and storytelling abilities Ability to interpret briefs and convert them into effective creative solutions Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage priorities and deadlines under pressure Over 5 years of experience working in creative and design teams.
