What You'll Be Responsible For You'll work directly with our Senior Estimator and leadership team to: Prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates that win work Analyze construction drawings, engineering plans, and specifications Perform detailed framing material take-offs Solicit and evaluate supplier pricing Support purchasing decisions and cost validation Coordinate closely with Sales, Pre-Construction, Production, and Project Management Assist with project scheduling and submittals Contribute in internal and client project meetings This is hands-on estimating experience - not a back-office data entry role. What Sets You Apart Solid understanding of construction and framing practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints with confidence Strong math, analytical, and critical-thinking skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong communication and professionalism Associate's degree in Construction Management (preferred) or equivalent industry experience Self-motivated with a strong work ethic We're looking for someone who wants responsibility, accountability, and advancement.
