Ideal Candidate Profile ✠Required Experience Minimum 1.5 years recent (within last 2 years) acute care experience Ambulatory surgical background Strong exposure to: Burn Colorectal Thoracic General Surgery Trauma Must have worked in equal or larger size hospital / trauma center Comfortable functioning with minimal orientation ✠Clinical Strengths Strong nursing assessment skills Acute care competency Triage experience preferred Telemetry experience preferred Ambulatory/Primary Care background preferred Surgical clinic workflow familiarity Medical coding / insurance review exposure (nice to have) ? Certifications Required: Active New York RN License BLS (must be current) Preferred (if specialty requires): ACLS PALS TNCC ENPC EFM NNLS ?
