Job Summary: As a Production Assembly Worker at Bad Boy Mowers, you will play a vital role in assembling components and subassemblies of our lawnmowers. You will work as part of a team, following detailed instructions to ensure that each product meets our high quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Assemble components and subassemblies for lawnmower products according to blueprints and specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly machines to complete tasks efficiently and accurately. Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of assembly tools and equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow all safety guidelines and company policies while working on the production floor. Report any issues or discrepancies in the assembly process to supervisors for resolution. Assist in the continuous improvement of production processes and quality standards. Qualifications: Previous experience in a production or assembly role is a plus but not required. Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
