ABR is recruiting for a 1st shift Warehouse Worker / Forklift Driver for a client in Central Wisconsin. Hours: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM (5 on / 5 off / 2 on / 2 off). This schedule includes working every other weekend. Wage is $20-$23 per hour depending on experience plus benefits. The Warehouse Worker / Forklift Driver is responsible for safely handling, storing, wrapping, and shipping in a high volume production facility. This role ensures proper inventory rotation following FIFO principles while maintaining accuracy, cleanliness, and safety within the warehouse environment. Warehouse Worker / Forklift Driver Key Responsibilities: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stage, and organize product. Wrap and prepare finished product pallets for storage or outbound shipment. Perform accurate inventory management using plant systems and required documentation. Accurately fill out all required documentation for shipping/receiving procedures. Follow FIFO rotation to ensure proper aging and movement of inventory. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any issues. Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety and GMP standards. Support production and packaging areas with material movement as needed. Adhere to all plant safety policies, GMPs, and quality requirements. Warehouse Worker / Forklift Driver Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous forklift experience in a food plant or warehouse environment preferred. Ability to work 12hour shifts, including every other weekend. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Ability to work in cold environments and be able to lift 40 pounds as needed. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a 12hour shift. Lift and move up to 40 lbs regularly. Work in refrigerated warehouse environments.
