The Regional Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for leading and executing daily Radio fulfillment operations at the site level in Morton Grove, IL. This role ensures accurate, timely, and efficient preparation, shipment, return, and readiness of Radio rental equipment. The Regional Fulfillment Supervisor executes defined workflows and standards, leads fulfillment staff, and escalates risks or constraints as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Daily Fulfillment Execution Execute daily order fulfillment, including picking, packing, shipping, returns, and inventory readiness. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all Radio fulfillment activities. Adjust daily priorities to meet event schedules and service commitments. Team Supervision Supervise fulfillment staff and assign daily work. Train team members on execution procedures and safety standards. Monitor productivity and adherence to SOPs. Address performance concerns and escalate recurring or structural issues as needed. Scheduling & Team Coverage Develop and manage daily and weekly team schedules, including overtime, in alignment with approved budget. Coordinate coverage for peak periods and events. Inventory & Equipment Readiness Ensure Radio equipment is clean, functional, and ready for deployment. Coordinate repairs and replacements as required. Maintain accurate inventory records and barcode compliance. Logistics Execution Execute shipping plans and delivery schedules. Prepare vehicles and equipment for outbound and inbound logistics. Ensure local execution aligns with national standards. Issue Escalation & Continuous Improvement Maintain visibility into site-level risks and proactively communicate constraints that could impact service commitments. Recommend process improvements based on execution experience and data. Support implementation of updated workflows and standards. Demonstrated ability to manage daily operational workflows in a deadline-driven environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment. Comfortable working within defined systems and operational standards. Basic proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems. Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills. Travel to events and other office locations as needed.
