Production Assembler Location: Fremont, CA Pay Rate: $19.50 - $19.50 hourly Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:45pm Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring for a leading manufacturer in Fremont. Responsibilities Perform assembly operations in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Follow company policies and production protocols during all work activities Learn and understand assembly processes by product stage and model (training provided) Use required materials and tools at assigned assembly stations Maintain an organized workspace by following 5S standards Follow instructions from Line Leads, Supervisors, and Engineers Participate in training and retraining as needed to improve workmanship and reduce errors Adhere to all company and industry health and safety guidelines Requirements Basic communication and listening skills Ability to use basic hand tools Previous assembly experience preferred, but not required Willingness to work overtime as needed High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop throughout the shift Ability to work on cement floors for extended periods Ability to lift 30-50 lbs Benefits: Use this link /4cGUQSh to learn more about benefits available to Eastridge's temporary employees.
