Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for providing demonstrations to customers in person and supporting demonstrations remotely with sales reps. Provide appropriate technical support for customers and direct sales teams. Participate in Pre-Demo Game Plan Calls and Proactively works with sales rep to understand needs of the customer. Set expectations for demo opportunities. Coordinate with any external sources to meet customer expectations. Assist in Software Applications and IT integrations for the labeling portfolio. Train and demonstrate understanding of software application. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and IT Network connections with sales reps and customers. Assist Sales Trainer with histology labelling and core equipment training. Assist marketing to produce technical support materials, promotions, installation, training and integration resources. Proactively follow up on status of installations and supply ongoing support. Coordinate with any external resources to meet customer expectations. Available to travel to customers and StatLab sites, averaging 3 overnights per week. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar or transferable role. Bachelor’s degree in a Biological Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Histotechnology Certification (HT or HTL) with relevant experience. Knowledge of pathology and laboratory diagnostics market. Histology Sector background highly desirable. Flexibility to travel across the US with the potential for international travel. Ability to build strong working relationships and networks both locally and internationally. Demonstrated technical aptitude in various LIS platforms and middleware applications. Outstanding communication, presentation, teaching skills and willingness to learn. Detail oriented, technologically savvy, strong communication skills, with excellent time management. Well-developed negotiation skills. Ability to capture facts and troubleshooting data to convert them into simplified summaries and/or action plans. Customer relationship development and management. Proactive and enthusiastic team player with a highly analytical, structured, result- oriented work style with strong ability to effectively manage projects. Excellent customer service skills with a “Customer-first” mentality. Experience working in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team. Salary is 79k-90k Dependent upon experience. Preferably this applicant would be housed in Southern California, Arizona or Colorado.
